What Is Bad Billi?

Bad Billi is an independent woman-led paper goods studio. We create contemporary Greeting Cards for thoughtful gifting and original Art Prints for lived-in spaces.

We believe print matters more than ever in a digital world. Each Bad Billi product is designed to help you say something that’s worth putting on paper.

What products does Bad Billi offer?

Bad Billi creates occasion-specific Greeting Cards and curated Art Prints, available unframed or ready-to-hang.

Are our products mass-produced?

No. Every design you see on the Bad Billi website is the result of human ideation, effort, and execution, produced in small batches. Even our packaging envelopes are hand-made.

Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

All Bad Billi products are made-to-order and cannot be canceled once ordered. Please review product details and quantities carefully before ordering.

We accept credit cards, UPI, wallets, and internet banking.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my Bad Billi order?

Each Bad Billi product is made to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Promos or discount codes are not applicable on shipping cost.

We offer Express shipping options for urgent orders. Please reach out at support@badbilli.com.

Do you ship outside India?

We currently do not ship outside India. Please reach out at support@badbilli.com and we'll do our best to fulfill your order.

If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders. As a small studio, this helps us pack and deliver each order accurately.

Yes. Select Greeting Cards can be personalised with a custom hand-written message. Please limit messages to 100 characters to ensure readability.

What paper is used for Bad Billi Greeting Cards and Art Prints?

All Bad Billi products are printed on high-quality paper using fade-resistant inks that hold up over time.

ART PRINTS

  • Photo Paper - 270 GSM, glossy finish
  • Epson Archival Paper - 181–190 GSM, matte finish
  • Hahnemühle Cotton Paper - 305 GSM, museum-quality matte

GREETING CARDS

  • 270 GSM, textured eggshell white paper

What sizes do Bad Billi Art Prints come in?

Bad Billi Art Prints are available in two sizes:

  • A4 (8.3 × 11.7 in)
  • A3 (11.7 × 16.5 in)

Do Bad Billi Art Prints come framed?

You can choose between unframed (rolled) or framed (ready-to-hang) artwork.

Framed Art Prints come in black, white, or wooden finish frames with a float glass panel and hardboard back cover.
