Orders & Tracking

How do I place an order on Bad Billi?

Simply browse our curated collections, add your favourite cards or prints to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As a small studio, we do not pre-print or hold inventory. Each art is made to order, so please confirm the product and quantity before placing an order. Orders can ONLY be cancelled within 2 hours (before production starts) by emailing us at support@badbilli.com or calling us at [+91 xxx].

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Bad Billi ships domestically all over India (and select international regions). Please enter your postal code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your region.

What is your delivery/shipping lead time?

All Bad Billi products are made to order and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary, especially during peak periods or holidays, but you can expect your order to be delivered in 4-7 days.

Do you ship orders to multiple locations?

At the moment, we can ship items in an order to a single address. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each one.

Where do you ship?

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Please notify us at support@badbilli.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send you a replacement.

What materials do you use?

We use premium paper stocks, XYZ inks and XYZ printing for our cards and ready-to-hang frames. We also offer matte, textured, or glossy finishes to cater to diverse aesthetic demands.

Do your artworks come framed or unframed?

You can choose between ready-to-hang with frames or rolled prints. Both are delivered in secure packaging.

How do I care for my print or card?

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, avoid handling the printed area, and follow the included care instructions for longevity.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, UPI wallets, and net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) to ensure a seamless and secure payment experience. You can enter promo codes at checkout — but remember, only one code can be applied per order.
